We define a good firm as one that has a broad sympathy for the human condition and whose members have a sincere sense of responsibility towards others.Dr. We define a great firm as not only one that achieves preeminence but one that takes on responsibility and then discharges its duties in such a way that it leaves a marked and favorable imprint upon the future.

Our mission is to be both great and a good firm. Princeton Financial Group is founded on the belief that a strong relationship with our clients is essential to a productive working relationship. With this expansion, PFG is now able help clients protect the income and wealth that has come from their financial success. In 2017, the group opened the PFG – Risk Management, LLC to expand the services offered into Life, Disability and Long-Term Care Insurance. As a result, PFG is able to offer the expertise in planning, investments and retirement plans that enables clients to reach their financial goals. In 2012, Sound Financial Solutions, Inc., an independent, registered investment advisor, was merged into the group as PFG – Financial Planning & Management. Like his father, he finds the opportunity to help people build their futures on a one-to-one basis far more rewarding and he’s looking forward to guiding the firm his father founded well into the future. Jim applies the valuable experience he gained at Ernst & Young to the family and small business clients he works with at Princeton Financial Group. Jim Colitsas joined the firm in 2000 after working for Ernst & Young in Manhattan and earning his CPA designation. Forty years, later he can honestly say that for many of his clients he has done that and more. When he founded this firm, Tom wanted to create a life- long relationship with his clients. For his personal clients it meant giving them the financial advice they would need both in times of austerity and prosperity. For his business clients that meant going beyond the spreadsheet and understanding the clients’ operations.

Tom, a true entrepreneur, felt the best way to grow his business was to ensure his clients prospered.
